Land Rover introduced the updated Discovery Sport

The updated Land Rover Discovery Sport is built on the Premium Transverse Architecture (PTA) platform. The car received improved MacPherson struts at the front, a multi-link with an “integral” link at the rear and torsional rigidity increased by 13 percent. Thanks to the new “trolley,” the company’s engineers managed to update and electrify the engine range, as well as increase comfort while driving.

A mild hybrid with a 48-volt battery and a belt-driven starter-generator has appeared in the line of units. Such machines can be equipped with gasoline and diesel units of the Ingenium family with output up to 250 hp. Fuel savings from the introduction of a hybrid superstructure can be six percent.
