Pininfarina has decided on a name for its electric hypercar
Pininfarina Battista is equipped with four electric motors that generate a total of 2000 horsepower and 2300 Nm of torque. The electric hypercar accelerates to the first “hundred” in 2 seconds, and to the 300 km/h mark in 12 seconds. The declared range will be at least 450 kilometers, and the maximum speed should exceed 400 km.
The Battista hypercar will be produced at the Pininfarina plant in Turin, Italy. A total of 150 units will be produced, 50 of which are destined for the North American market, 50 for Europe, and another 50 will be shared between customers in the Middle East and Asia. Sales of the new product, which will cost $2-2.5 million, will begin in the fall of 2020.
