BMW spoke about the most extreme version of the M2 coupe

The BMW M2 CS will be powered by a significantly upgraded 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six producing 450 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque. The engine will be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed robotic transmission with two clutches.
According to preliminary information, the presentation of the new product will take place before the end of 2019, and its sales will begin next year. Judging by the data from the booklet, the sports car's circulation will be limited to 2,200 copies.
