The Skoda Kamiq crossover pretended to be an SUV

The Czech company uses the word Scoutline to designate slightly “off-road” versions of passenger models - so that they are not confused with full-fledged Scout modifications, and before the advent of the Kamiq, Scoutline practiced this design, by and large, only for European Fabia and Rapid. Now a front-wheel drive crossover has joined the family.
The differences between the version will be mainly external modifications designed to make the Kamika’s exterior a little more severe. The crossover was equipped, for example, with a matte plastic body kit “all around” with imitation of protective linings on the front bumper, silver accents on the rear diffuser and chrome glass edging, as well as other wheels – 17-inch as standard or 18-inch optional.
In addition, already in the Skoda Kamiq Scoutline base it can boast of LED optics, tinted rear windows, seats with breathable ThermoFlux fabric, leather on the steering wheel and gear lever and, finally, metal pedals. No changes to the chassis are reported.
